Contains wheat
All of our dough is made with wheat flour and contains gluten. Everything we send out is produced and packed in the same kitchen, where wheat flour is used throughout, so we can’t offer a gluten-free product or guarantee an environment free from wheat.
The dough is vegan
Our dough balls are completely vegan. Our Fior di Latte mozzarella contains milk. Veganerella is our dairy-free recipe, but it is made in a dairy environment and may contain milk, so it is not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
Not halal
Our pepperoni and nduja both contain pork and are not halal. Everything else in the range is free of meat.

Neapolitan Dough Balls (250g)
Ingredients: WHEAT Flour (Tipo 0), Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast.
Contains: cereals containing gluten (WHEAT).
May contain: soya, mustard.
Suitable for vegans. Not suitable for anyone avoiding gluten.
Storage: Keep frozen at −18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Napoli Cut (1kg)
Ingredients: MILK, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Potato Starch.
Contains: MILK.
Suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans or anyone avoiding dairy.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use by the date on the pack. Can be frozen at −18°C on arrival for up to 9 months; once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Veganerella Mozzarella-Style Grated Cheese (1kg)
Ingredients: Water, Palm Oil, Modified Starch, Salt, Potato Starch, Emulsifier (Trisodium Citrate), Colour (Beta Carotene), Preservative (Lactic Acid), Anti-caking Agent (Cellulose).
Contains: none of the 14 regulated allergens.
May contain: MILK. Made in a dairy environment.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
Storage: Delivered frozen. Keep frozen at −18°C until you need it. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use by the date on the pack. Do not refreeze.
Mutti Classica Pizza Sauce (400g)
Ingredients: Tomato, Water, Salt.
Contains: none of the 14 regulated allergens.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Storage: Ambient. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
Mutti Aromatica Pizza Sauce (400g)
Ingredients: Tomato, Water, Salt, Basil, Oregano, Onion, Natural Flavouring.
Contains: none of the 14 regulated allergens.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Storage: Ambient. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
Spicy Pepperoni (250g)
Ingredients: Pork Meat, Pork Fat, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Pork Rind, Spice Extracts, Antioxidants (E301, E392), Garlic Powder, Herbs, Starter Culture, Preservative (E250), Acidity Regulator (E330).
Contains: none of the 14 regulated allergens.
Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Not halal.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use by the date on the pack. Suitable for home freezing.
Creamy Nduja di Spilinga (400g)
Ingredients: Pork Fat, Pork Meat, Hot Pepper (30%), Salt.
Contains: none of the 14 regulated allergens.
Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Not halal.

Common questions
Are the dough balls vegan?
Yes. Our dough balls are completely vegan and made without any animal products — just Tipo 0 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and yeast.
Do the dough balls contain gluten?
Yes. All of our dough is made with wheat flour and contains gluten.
Do you offer gluten-free dough or bases?
Not at the moment. All Pizza & Co dough is made with wheat flour and contains gluten, and everything we send out is produced and packed in the same kitchen, where wheat flour is used throughout. We wouldn’t be able to promise a genuinely gluten-free product, so we’d rather be straight with you than sell you something that isn’t safe.
Are the pizza toppings halal?
Our meat toppings are not halal.
Is the mozzarella suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. Our Fior di Latte mozzarella is made with vegetarian rennet. It contains milk, so it is not suitable for vegans or anyone avoiding dairy. Our Veganerella is dairy-free in its recipe, but it is made in a dairy environment and may contain milk, so it is not a safe swap for anyone with a milk allergy.
Is there a vegan cheese option?
Yes. Veganerella is a mozzarella-style grated cheese that melts, bubbles, stretches and oozes just like traditional mozzarella, and it contains no dairy in the recipe. It is made in a dairy environment, so it may contain milk. It suits a vegan diet, but it is not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
What allergens are in the Pizza Party Kit?
As standard the kit contains cereals containing gluten (wheat) from the dough, and milk from the Fior di Latte mozzarella. Choosing Veganerella instead of the Fior di Latte does not make your kit milk-free. Veganerella is made in a dairy environment and may contain milk. If you are ordering for someone with a milk allergy, please contact us before you order. Full ingredients for every component are listed above.
